    I just recently opened S&M Automotive and I am so happy I found this place. EVERYONE here is SUPER friendly and professional!!! Karen McTaggart, Reggie Widener, and Ginger always go above and beyond the call of duty to help in any way they can. I could also see that Reggie Widener and Ginger are extremely knowledgeable because they were both able to answer any questions I had and alleviate any concerns a first time business owner like myself may have. These guys bend over backwards to ensure customer satisfaction is their top priority. When I was there I also saw how hard of a worker Karen McTaggart is. She is the Superwoman of receptionists and I really think she deserves a substantial pay raise because she was extraordinarily hardworking.

She is very knowledgeable and well versed in the products and services she proves. I never felt pressured to purchase anything her her team was warm and welcoming.

    My elderly mother lived there for four years. I called the management office only a few times over the years for different things and never got a return phone call, I always had to drive to the office to speak to someone. Their excuses for not calling me back was always they didn't understand my voicemail. Whenever my mother asked for something they were EXTREMELY rude to her. She would call me crying and very upset. The facility is nice but the staff makes it a horrible home. I would not recommend this community to anyone!!!!!
